TRP's Board of Directors brings together distinguished Saudi leaders with extensive experience in industrial security, fire and life safety, energy, engineering, corporate governance, risk management and public-sector leadership. The Board provides strategic direction, governance oversight and professional guidance to support TRP's commitment to protecting people, assets, operations and critical infrastructure across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A consultant and expert in security, firefighting, and safety with over 60 years of experience. He holds a Master of Science in Firefighting and Safety from the University of Oklahoma. He contributed to the establishment of the Preventive Safety Division and the Civil Defense Safety Departments, founded the Higher Commission for Industrial Security, and served as its first Secretary-General. He also founded the Arab Academy for Firefighting, the National Center for Safety, and the Saudi company, Sicli. He is known for his contributions to developing safety standards both locally and internationally and for authoring specialized curricula.
A chemical engineer, he graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1976. He has over four decades of experience in the fields of petroleum, chemicals, environment, and energy. He began his career at Jeddah Refinery Company, progressing through various positions until he became General Manager of Industrial Security. He completed specialized training in refinery operations at UOP-Honeywell in the United States. He later joined Aramco-Shell (SASREF) as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. He held leadership positions in prominent companies such as the Bin Laden Group and the Saudi Petroleum, Chemicals, and Mining Company, and led several strategic projects in the industrial and environmental sectors. He served on and chaired numerous boards of directors and committees, and contributed to the development of the Kingdom's industrial sector through various advisory and academic roles.
A consultant with over 36 years of professional experience, distinguished in the fields of strategic management, industrial security and safety, traffic safety, and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Portland University, USA (1981) and has participated in more than 80 specialized training programs. He held leadership positions in the Ministry of Interior and Saudi Aramco, where he established the Traffic Safety Committee and launched initiatives to reduce accidents. He received the Security Medal from the Minister of Interior in recognition of his efforts. He concluded his career with prominent consulting positions at the Emirate of the Eastern Province and the Eastern Province Development Authority, reflecting his contributions to developing security and safety strategies according to the highest international standards.
An administrative leader with over 40 years of experience in consulting and heavy industries. He began his career at the High Commission for Industrial Security and held prominent positions such as CEO of CADEX ALTALEAH FOR ENERGY and General Manager of Saudi Chemicals Company, where he achieved remarkable investment growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Portland State University and is a member of several international business associations and councils, which enhances his leadership position in the industry.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Fire and Safety Engineering from Eastern Kentucky University, USA, and has over 38 years of experience in civil defense and safety. He has held several leadership positions, including Deputy Director of Civil Defense and Director of Industrial Facilities Management at the Supreme Authority for Industrial Security. He contributed to the development of emergency and safety plans, and oversaw the preparation of the general emergency plan and crowd management during Hajj seasons. He has received numerous medals and awards, including the Rescue Medal, the Battle Medal, the Security Medal, the Administration Medal, the Hajj Medal, and the Military Service Medal, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to enhancing public safety.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from California State University, Fresno, USA. An administrative leader with over 40 years of experience in corporate communications and public relations, he began his career at Saudi Aramco in 1975, where he held several leadership positions, most notably Industrial Security Manager for the Jeddah area and General Manager of Public Affairs, and oversaw the establishment of the pioneering King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture and the organization and management of the opening ceremony of King Abdullah Sports City. After leaving Aramco, he worked as a consultant at the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, then as an advisor to the Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Mining Affairs. Among his most prominent achievements are organizing the Future of Minerals Conference 2022 and overseeing important strategic projects aligned with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
He possesses extensive academic and professional experience in industrial security and safety management. With over 30 years of experience, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and several specialized diplomas. He has worked at leading organizations such as Saudi Aramco, contributing to the development of security strategies, risk management, staff training, and crisis management. He also has academic contributions as a lecturer at prestigious universities and provides executive consulting in asset protection and business continuity.
