The founding partners include the members of the Board of Directors, who are introduced on the Board Members page, alongside the remaining founding partners whose experience and careers are presented on this page. Their expertise has contributed to building and developing industrial security and safety systems, together with specialized experience in civil defense, preventive security, loss prevention, emergency and crisis management, refining, energy, heavy industries, engineering and strategic management.
The partners' accumulated human experience and practical knowledge are a cornerstone of the company's ability to deliver specialized engineering and professional consulting services in line with national and international standards, enhancing the security, safety and sustainability of facilities, protecting assets and investments, and supporting national development goals.
Has over 30 years of experience in industrial security, intellectual property and security consulting. He began his career at Saudi Aramco, where he held a number of leadership positions, later served as CEO of Al-Takamul Al-Oula Security Services Company, and worked as a security advisor to Barrick Gold Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1985). He has founded several companies and centers, including Wise Ideas Technologies and the Bajunaid Center for Heritage and Arts, is a member of a number of local and international organizations, and holds four patents registered with the World Intellectual Property Organization.

An expert in chemical engineering and strategic management with over 30 years of experience at Saudi Aramco. He held leadership positions and took part in a number of strategic projects, including King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and the YASREF refinery, and contributed to developing refining technologies and capital planning strategies at Aramco. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from King Abdulaziz University, Master's and Doctoral degrees from the United States, and an MBA. He has received several awards in recognition of his contributions, is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and has taken part in training Aramco engineers.
Dr. Eng. Ahmed Siraj Khogeer

An expert in industrial security and management with over 42 years of experience at major companies, including Saudi Aramco and Petro Rabigh. He held a number of leadership positions, contributed to developing security and safety policies and procedures, and played a role in King Abdullah Economic City. He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah and a diploma in security sciences from Palm Beach Community College in Florida, USA, covering criminology, investigations, criminal justice, and evidence collection and classification. He has also taken part in a number of national workshops and reviews in the fields of security and safety.
Mr. Mohammed Hamdan AlGhamdi

A chemical engineer specializing in the oil and gas industry who began his career in 1977 and held a number of leadership positions at petroleum refineries and gas plants. He later took on leadership roles at the Saudi Binladin Group, including CEO of Arabian Cement Company. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and has experience in developing corporate strategies and achieving sustainable growth, as well as providing industrial and management consulting and improving operational and financial performance.
Eng. Mohammed Taher Othman

Has more than 43 years of experience in the energy and manufacturing industries. He held a number of leadership positions at Jeddah Refinery and Saudi Aramco and contributed to strategic projects, including Petro Rabigh. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Power from King Abdulaziz University, and after his career worked as a consultant at PCMC and then as an independent consultant in refining, renewable energy and manufacturing.
Eng. Ahmed Salem Bashwayh

An expert in industrial security and safety who held a number of positions at the Ministry of Interior, most notably Director of Preventive Security at the Supreme Authority for Industrial Security and later Secretary-General of the Authority, and who contributed to developing security systems throughout his career. He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences from King Saud University and has completed a number of specialized training programs. He was awarded the Security Medal by the Minister of Interior in recognition of his efforts.
Mr. Hussein AlQahtani

A civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, where he held a number of leadership positions. After retiring, he took on management roles at Eastern Petrochemical Company (Sharq) and the Petroleum, Chemicals and Mining Company, with a focus on housing and industrial security projects. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, has completed specialized courses in project and contract management, and has received a number of decorations in recognition of his professional and military contributions.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, as well as an American fellowship in industrial security.

An expert in marine pilotage and marine safety with over 30 years of experience at Saudi Aramco, where he served as Senior Pilot and Chief Pilot. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Nautical Science from Warsash College in the United Kingdom and a Class 3 deck officer license, and has leadership experience in industrial safety and emergency management.
Captain Abdullah Hamdan AlGhamdi

A retired consultant in computer security and security engineering from Saudi Aramco, with over 30 years of experience in industrial security and computer security. He held a number of leadership positions, most notably Head of the Computer Security Division and Head of the Industrial Security Operations Division in strategic areas of the company. He has expertise in analyzing access control systems, risk management and strategic industrial security planning. He holds two Bachelor's degrees, in computer science and business administration, from Indiana State University in the USA, is a member of ASIS International and the Computer Security Institute (CSI), and specializes in security investigations.
Mr. Khalid Abdullah AlFarhan

An expert in senior management with more than 45 years of experience in developing business operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing, safety and engineering. He served as Loss Prevention Manager at Saudi Aramco and founded and managed a number of ventures, including Pharma Care Industries Ltd. and Animal Care pharmacies. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Florida International University, along with specialized certificates in safety and pharmaceutical production from international institutions, and has experience in leadership, process improvement and relationship building.

An expert in the oil and gas sector with over 40 years of experience. He began his career as a process engineer at the Petromin refinery, then rose through a number of leadership positions at Saudi Aramco, including managing the Yanbu and Riyadh refineries, and later served as head of SAMREF and YASREF. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He has received a number of awards throughout his career, contributed to developing refining, safety and quality, and taken part in several community initiatives, including the Social Responsibility Center and the Knowledge Center in Madinah.
